David Reche is an internationally accomplished business executive and seasoned entrepreneur with experience of building and leading ventures across Europe and the Middle East. From launching his first start-up at the age of 15, to leading diverse teams at early stage startups, unicorns and technology industry giants, David has held senior product and engineering roles across two decades. He is currently the Co-Founder & CTPO of Cercli, where he leads all engineering and product efforts, ensuring the delivery of world-class customer experience through the Cercli platform.
Cercli is the modern workforce automation platform empowering MENA businesses to manage their employees’ every need across geographies, while staying compliant globally, reducing human error, and eliminating manual intervention to unlock operational efficiencies at scale. Before co-founding Cercli, David served as the VP of Engineering and Product at KingMakers,
where he led the engineering, product, product design, data, devops, and security teams. He played a crucial role in scaling the product and engineering teams from 49 to over 150 people in one year, building a world-class tech organisation focused on creating the entertainment platform of Africa.
David also held significant roles at Careem, including Senior Director of Product Management. At Careem, he managed multiple product business units, bootstrapped and hired engineering and product teams, and defined the product vision for various services. His efforts contributed to Careem’s growth and eventual acquisition by Uber. A serial entrepreneur from the age of 15, David is passionate about building innovative technology solutions. His start-up mindset has been instrumental across all of his previous roles in ensuring a relentless focus on customer satisfaction through the development of game
changing products. David’s technology career started with leading enterprise software businesses such as Picis, Optum, Carefusion, and BD, leading to engineering leadership roles. David holds a Masters degree in Computer Engineering and Management from Spain’s Ramon Lull University. David’s educational background also includes a Certificate in Business Program
from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and a Master’s Degree in International e-Business from ICEX-CECO.

Sumeet Kabra, an engineering graduate with a certificate in Advanced Marketing Strategy from IIM Kozhikode and an alumnus of S. P. Jain School of Business, is a creative entrepreneur with a visionary approach to startups and business ventures. With nearly two decades in the business world, his journey began in the family business—RR Kabel, a part of the USD 1.25 billion conglomerate RR Global, known for its legacy in wires and cables. Sumeet joined the consumer durable division of RR Kabel, focusing on cutting-edge
technology and research to enhance efficiency, reliability, and safety. His vision was to shift the perception of their products and services towards the consumer market. Alongside his younger brother and with the support of other family members, they elevated the consumer durable division. They acquired Arraystorm, an LED lighting solutions company, and the home electrical business of Luminous. This acquisition was a milestone, making RR Kabel the
first Indian company to acquire an MNC division, significantly boosting the company’s valuation. They also established a Joint Venture manufacturing plant in Bangladesh, further expanding their international footprint.
Not content with their achievements, Sumeet and his brother Hemant ventured into new sectors. In 2020, they launched BGauss, an electric scooter brand, raising USD 6 million within a year and a half. BGauss is designed for urban and developing areas, aiming to elevate lifestyles and conserve the environment through efficient, reliable, and stylish electric scooters.
Sumeet’s latest endeavour is MSH Venture LLP, launched three years ago to explore investment opportunities in budding startups across diverse industries. MSH Ventures has invested in companies ranging from garment manufacturing to tech, food and beverages, and ed-tech. Sumeet’s strategic execution framework guides these startups, actively participating in decisions from implementation to delivery, and helping them overcome business challenges. o A B2B garment manufacturing company supplying to major brands like
Myntra and Nykaa, achieving 4x growth in one year through strategic
direction.
4. OZ HRMS – HR Solution
o A SaaS-based HR tech platform enhancing organizational productivity and
automating HR processes.
5. S Cube – Interactive Flat Panel Displays
o Revolutionizing the education sector with state-of-the-art displays used in

Sumeet Kabra’s main ideology is that without strategic execution, these blueprints remain just good ideas and do not transform into successful business plans. He has been recognized as an Emerging Business Leader at WCRC, London in 2014, and received the Young Leader award by SPJIMR “SPANDAN” Alumni Awards in 2018. Mr. Dinesh Joshi is a Co-promoter of SatyaGiri Shipping Co. Ltd. and Managing Director of Enterprise Infrastructure (P) Ltd., companies promoting water transport and developing infrastructure. He is an Independent Director on the Board of Unity Infrastructure Ltd., one of the fastest growing infrastructure companies in India. He has been the Co-Chairman of the Infrastructure & Housing Committee of the IMC for the past four years and is currently the Co-Chairman of Infrastructure & Urban Planning Committee.

Mr. Nayan Patel was born in London. He graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Fachhochschule, Konstanz, West Germany.
Widely travelled, Mr. Patel has planned and implemented many joint venture projects.
He is the Vice President of Homeopathic Education Society, which runs the Homeopathic College and Hospital.
He currently mentors many engineering institutions of NMIMS and CHARUSAT Universities.
The time that he can spare from his multifarious industrial activities, he devotes to several other industrial organizations in various capacities.
He devotes much of his time in the activities of Indian Merchant’s Chamber. He was the President of Indian Merchants’ Chamber in the centenary year
2006-07.
His passion is to provide global exposure to Indian MSMEs and provide them support to do business internationally – especially with Germany. He has lead Business Delegates to over 20 Countries.

Mr. Sandeep Joshi joined the Indian Civil Service in 1979. He sought voluntary retirement from service while working as joint secretary to the Government of India.

During his 25 years of service as a senior bureaucrat, he has worked in the Ministry of Finance, External Affairs and also held assignments in Indian diplomatic missions in Norway and Sri Lanka. He has been the Honorary Secretary of Ceylon estate workers education trust, an Indian Government aided body to ameliorate the condition and educational upliftment of workers children in Sri Lanka. He has also been a member of official delegations for bilateral discussions and multi lateral forum of Colombo Plan countries sessions and SAARC meetings.

Mr. Joshi has been the head of customs at the Indira Gandhi international airport, Delhi and held independent charge of excise divisions in Delhi during his long stint with the government. Joining IBLF as its executive director, he brings his extensive economic, management and government experience to this organization.
