Our History

JOURNEY THROUGH THE YEARS

2003

Beijing, China

The first meeting of the Forum was held in Beijing from 2nd January to 6th January 2003 with the cooperation of our Chinese partner Fubang Development (HK) Ltd.
2004

Mumbai, India

The next event was held in Mumbai from 27th – 30th January 2004. It witnessed over 55 participants from 13 countries discuss opportunities of Trade Investment and Inter countries proposals from across the globe.
2005

Dubai, UAE

The Dubai event was held on Sunday, 27 th February 2005 at Crowne Plaza, Dubai. It was attended by delegates and leading businessmen from all member countries.
2007

New Delhi, India

The New Delhi Convention of  IBLF was held on March 16th & 17th 2007 at Taj Man Singh New Delhi.
2008

Zug, Switzerland

The Zug Convention of IBLF was held on April 4th & 5th 2008 in Canton of Zug, Switzerland with Government of Canton of Zug as host partner. It met with an overwhelming response.
2009

Johannesburg, South Africa

The Johannesburg Convention of IBLF was held on June 18th & 19th 2009 at Sandton Sun Center in Johannesburg, South Africa. Department of Trade and Industries (DTi) was the host partner.
2010

Perth, Australia

The Perth convention of IBLF was held on August 2nd & 3rd 2010 in The Burswood Convention Centre, Perth, Australia.  The government of Western Australia was the Host Partner. It met with an overwhelming response with over 100 delegates from over 15 countries attending the convention.
2015

Mumbai, India

The year 2015, marked the 65th anniversary since India and China first established diplomatic ties. The IBLF convention was held from 18 – 20 November at the Trident Hotel in South Mumbai. Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC) partnered with IBLF for the event.
2016

Jaipur, India

The Jaipur convention of IBLF was held on the 7th & 8th of November 2016 at The Marriot Hotel, Jaipur. The government of Rajasthan was Host Partner State. The event witnessed singing of several MoUs.
2017

Bengaluru, India

The Bengaluru convention of IBLF was held on 9th & 10th October 2017 at The Sheraton Grand, Brigade Gateway, Bengaluru. The government of Karnataka was the Host Partner State and the event was inaugurated by Hon. Chief Minister of Karnataka
2018

Pune, India

The Pune convention of IBLF was held on the 26th & 27th of October 2018 at The Hyatt Regency, Pune. The government of Maharashtra was the Host Partner State and MCCIA was the supporting Organization.
2023

Dubai, UAE

India UAE Partnership Summit” was held in Dubai, UAE on 23rd – 25th January 2023 in partnership with the Dubai Chamber of Commerce at The Dubai Chamber, Baniyas Road, Deira Dubai.  
2024

Dubai, UAE

The upcoming convention of the International Business Linkage Forum (IBLF) titled “Second India UAE Partnership Summit” is being held in UAE on 17th – 18th December 2024.
