Sriram was previously a partner in the corporate and South Asia practices at Rajah & Tann Asia, a leading law firm in Singapore.

Sriram is qualified as an Advocate and Solicitor in Singapore and as a Solicitor in England and Wales. He has completed the General Management Program from Harvard Business School, USA.

Since June 2017, Amadou Diallo is CEO of DHL Global Forwarding Middle East & Africa. Based in Dubai, he is responsible for the performance and long-term strategic development of the unit, a role he is well-placed to perform with his experience in logistics and international leadership. Mr. Diallo has more than 30 years of experience in the tourism, banking, express and logistics industries.

He is also the founder of Saloodo!, DHL’s first logistics online platform. Prior to this role, he took on various senior roles within the organization – CEO of DHL Freight, CEO of DHL Global Forwarding South Asia Pacific, Chief Financial Officer of DPDHL Logistics Division and Managing Director for the integration of Exel and DHL. Mr. Diallo has worked across all geographies in Europe, Africa and Asia. 

Renowned for his expertise and forward-thinking approach towards corporate integrations, Mr. Diallo played a lead role in shaping the development and structure of the DHL Logistics Division through the Exel integration, which remains the largest corporate integration in the transportation and logistics industry to date.

Mr. Diallo is Chairman of Amref Health Africa in Germany, a member of the boards of Welthungerhilfe, Global Business School Network and the Universal Business School of Mumbai.

He is Senegalese and fluent in several languages including English, German, French, Fulani, Wolof and Spanish.

Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of Istanbul Gedik University 

HULIYA GEDİK has been the Chairperson of the Board of Gedik Holding group of companies since 2007. GEDİK Holding is mainly active in the welding, casting, valve sectors and education.

Prior to that, she served as a Board Member and held various executive positions in sales, marketing and export operations throughout the company. Her leadership in export operations played a critical role in increasing brand awareness, reach and sales worldwide in more than 100 countries. Her outstanding achievements have positioned Gedik brands and made them globally recognized. Gedik Holding is currently manufacturing abroad in Azerbaijan and is preparing to open a production facility in India soon. Additionally, Gedik has companies in the Balkans, the Middle East, and Asia.

In addition to her services in industry and manufacturing, she is also the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of Istanbul Gedik University.

With an invitation from abroad, Hülya Gedik gave a speech at the United Nations Headquarters in New York on February 9, 2024, International Women and Girls in Science Day, explaining her corporate social responsibility projects to increase the number of women working in Turkey. She became the first businesswoman to make a speech at the United Nations.

Hülya Gedik was deemed worthy of the “Most Successful Business Woman of 2023” award by BUİKAD, the Association of Business Women and Executives of Bursa.

Hülya Gedik was a speaker on the panel “Asia and World Economic Outlook” at the Global Freight Summit 2024 which was organized by Horasis in Dubai.

Madhav Nair is the CEO of Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait (BBK), India since August 2023. Madhav has around 3 decades of commercial banking experience across India and Middle East. Prior to joining BBK, he worked with several international banks in senior management positions and his last assignment was CEO of Mashreq Bank in India were he successfully revived and led the bank for more than a decade.
Madhav has done his Masters in Management (General Management & Strategy) from Asian Institute of Management, Philippines and Bachelors in Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology.
He has completed several internationally recognized Diploma and Certification programs. In 2021, Madhav was invited by RBI constituted Regulatory Review Authority 2.0 Advisory Group to present issues as well as suggestions/recommendations on behalf of foreign banks. Madhav was the keynote speaker at the program on “Responsible Banking” organized by Indian Institute of Bank & Finance (IIBF) and UNEP-FI for Senior Bankers. Harbinder Singh is a Singaporean, based between Singapore and Dubai, with over 35 years’ experience in leading and growing environmental services businesses in complex and competitive B2B and B2G environments in 15 countries in developing and developed countries. He has held senior leadership roles in publicly listed, privately owned and government entities. Harbinder has won numerous awards in his career, the latest of which is Personality of the Year (Recycling) by MEWAR (Middle East Waste and Recycling Industry Awards).

He is an investor in a number of companies internationally, with a sector focus on scalable, renewable energy and circular economy companies.

Harbinder has a LLB (Hons) from the University of Manchester, UK and an MBA from the University of Chicago, US. He is also a certified Chief Sustainability Officer since 2017.

Mr. Rajiv Podar is the Managing Director of Podar Enterprise and the Founder Chairman of International Business Linkage Forum. Joining the family business in 1985, he has been instrumental in setting up the textile units of the group and also diversified into international trade, information technology, telecommunication, entertainment, media and document management.
