The year of 2016 is the 65th anniversary of China-India establishing diplomatic ties and China’s tourism year in India which is confirmed by President Xi and PM Modi.

China and India, as ancient civilizations with big populations are emerging economies with highest speed of GDP growth. There are great development opportunities and unique cooperative potentiality because of resource complementarities of the two countries. China Craze and India Craze is rising. Inaugural Session - Investment Opportunities: China & India

CPAFFC Vice President Lin Yi made a speech at the Inaugural Session. She said that the river of China India friendship runs a long course from a remote source, our cooperation is experiencing a rapid development since the 21st century. For two large countries with emerging markets, the economic and trade cooperation between China and India has boundless potentiality. Therefore, we should grasp the opportunity of regional cooperation among BRICS countries, the opportunity of complementary advantages and the opportunity of scale economy, so we could make progress with joint efforts. Mr. Gajendra Singh, Hon. Industry Minister Rajasthan, warmly welcomed Chinese enterprises to invest in Rajasthan, and mentioned that since China and India are neighbors and both are large countries undergoing fast economic development, the two sides should strengthen exchanges to fully display complementary advantages and pragmatic cooperation.
